Our Story

For over 25 years, Amy, our Founder, has dedicated herself to helping others in the home care nursing industry. Her journey took her through various phases, including her own company for 15 years, a sale to private equity and experiences with a corporate home care company and a startup. It was a layoff that she rediscovered her true calling, leading her back to her roots in home care nursing. Now, she has surrounded herself with like minded, forward-thinking professionals who are committed to transforming the industry by not only offering highest pay and best benefits, but also fostering an inclusive culture that truly values our nurses.
